 The customer was in a desperate situation regarding the need for these parts. MS Aerospace took the customer’s order over the phone, trusting the paper purchase order would follow, and got on the track to make those parts as quickly as possible for the customer.

 As many in our industry are aware, plating by approved sources sometimes causes significant delays in the process of completing parts. However, in this case, MS Aerospace was able to expedite the plating process in order to speed the manufacturing and completion of the order.

 Consequently, when the manufacture of the pieces ordered was completed, including the plating, only 5 business days had elapsed!

To monitor the effectiveness in what we say about quality services to our customers, our documented procedures and operations on the shop floor are checked by MS Aerospace (Internal quality audit), our customers (2^nd party audit) and ISO/AS (3^rd party audit).

             After purchasing five new CNC robotic machines, MS Aerospace has now invested in a brand new Hot Forging Robot.

             This automatic loading and unloading prototype machine has been tested and improved for the past two months, and will soon be ready to operate four times faster than our usual hot forging machines.
MS Aerospace engineers have managed to develop an automatic system capable of replacing the human arm and being four times more productive.

The machine whose name will be announced very soon has been set up to guaranty a maximum safety level for its operator and will have the potential of running a very large range of MS Aerospace fasteners.
This technologically improved machine is not replacing any MS Aerospace employee, but it has been purchased for the purpose of maximizing the speed and the quality of our production process.

Approximately 30% of the U.S. adult population has high blood pressure (also called hypertension). Anyone can get it; overweight, diabetes, and old age are factors that increase the likelihood of developing high blood pressure.  High blood pressure heightens your possibility of having a heart attack, heart failure, stroke, kidney disease, and other life-threatening illnesses.  Remember your heart has to work a lot harder when your blood pressure is high.

High blood pressure is sometimes called the ‘silent killer’ because in most cases it has no noticeable warning signs or symptoms until other serious problems arise.  Therefore, many people remain unaware that they have it. However, high blood pressure is easily detectable and can be controlled. You should always have an idea of what your blood pressure is, just as you know your height and weight.

The blood pressure is recorded as two numbers, such as 120/80.  The first number stands for Systolic and the second stands for Diastolic.  These are Medical terms so the following are interpretations of a blood pressure reading:

Below 120/80                            =          Healthy blood pressure

Between 120/80 and 140/90       =          Early high blood pressure

140/90 and higher                     =          High blood pressure

High blood pressure won’t go away without treatment. Here are some easy tips to help reduce your blood pressure:

•Work with your health care provider to find a treatment plan that’s right for you.

•Eat whole-grain breads, cereals and vegetables.

•Check food labels and choose foods with less than 400 mg of sodium per serving.

•Lose weight or take steps to prevent weight gain.
